Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the lens or accessory you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original Samyang retail box, including all lens caps, hoods, manuals, and protective pouches to ensure full credit.
Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the optical and physical integrity of the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
